PERFORMANCE EXECUTION - define the employee's and manager's responsibilities, provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximise performance, track progress weekly and mitigate obstacles 4. PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT - triangular meeting with manager and employee to evaluate results and behaviours on direct evidence 5. PERFORMANCE REVIEW - conduct formal review of past, present and future, evaluate process to the final results, give recognition and reward good performance ASSESSMENT This coaching programme will utilise an online assessment tool to commence the intervention. Assessment data belongs to the individual. A range in individual, team and organisational assessment will be considered based on diagnoses.
