OVERVIEW What is the number 1 problem of all the executives that I have been privileged to coach? During my early days, I learned a very important lesson. I spent so much of my time helping leaders learn what to do, that I forgot to HELP LEADERS LEARN WHAT TO STOP DOING. In reality, a majority of the leaders I have met already knew what they needed to do. Instead, they needed to learn what NOT to do and what they should stop doing. To that end, I used a behaviuoral science profile to provide a foundation to dive into the dynamics of the chosen assessment and explore opportunities to increase the leaders personal and social awareness.
